Using the bbits Rialtas Allotment Survey App

A simple field-to-office service for collecting allotment inspections and returning the completed data to Rialtas.

How it works

From Rialtas to the field—and back again

Your data is prepared once, inspections are captured on site, and completed results are exported for import into Rialtas.

Step 01
Send setup information
Export plot references and conditions from Rialtas, then send the files to Bbits so your organisation and survey can be configured.
Step 02
Create your users
Organisation administrators create and manage field users through the administration panel.
Step 03
Download and sign in
Field users download the free bbits AI² app for iPhone or Android and sign in using their account details.
Step 04
Survey in the field
Users download the questionnaire, identify the allotment and complete each inspection section while on site.
Step 05
Export back to Rialtas
An administrator exports completed survey data from the admin panel, ready to import into Rialtas Allotment.

For field users

The app is free to download. You will need an account created for your organisation before you can sign in.
